The time for change is now.

An experienced, committed, and motivated Y-Change Coach will lead you through a 6-week journey toward a healthier lifestyle. Each class will include a short small group educational session on nutrition, well-being and exercise followed by cardiovascular and strength training guided by a certified Personal Trainer.  You will also keep a journal which includes a food and activity log.  The Y-Change program will give you the confidence and knowledge necessary to implement small steps to positively change your lifestyle.

 

Why I joined the Y Change Program

With the affordability of the Y Change Program, I felt that it gave me a viable way to make the necessary changes in my life.  Shortly after joining the program, I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic.

I enjoyed the guidance from the personal trainers and the camaraderie with the other participants that carried over from the classroom to the exercise/weight room.

I felt there was a good balance in the leadership team.  Their motivation was outstanding.  I would recommend this program to anyone that needs a start on the road to a healthy lifestyle.  I am excited to say within the 6 week period, I lost 13 pounds which I have kept off.
