101 "Group Orientation"
The purpose of Exercise 101 is to help educate our
members on the benefits of exercise and how to properly use our
equipment in the wellness center. The format of the group orientations
will be seminar/ Q & A. Group orientation will be offered throughout
the year focusing on several aspects of fitness.
Group Orientations Topics:
September: Circuit Training
(15th and 29th)
October: Hammer Strength
(13th and 27th)
November: Free Weights
(3rd and 17th)
Day: 2nd and 4th Thursday
Time: 11:00am and 7:00pm
Fee: Included in membership
