The YMCA of Central Virginia is an association of men, women and children of all ages, ethnic origins, religious affiliations, and socioeconomic levels, unified by the common purpose of strengthening and enriching their mental, physical and spiritual well-being. The YMCA strives to improve and influence conditions that affect the quality of life for our families and our community through a variety of programs including: day camps, childcare, youth sports, family life, wellness enhancement and education, and aquatics.
