FAMILY ACTIVITIES

Our next  Jamerson Family Fun Night will be September 26, 2008

Join the fun from 4pm to 7pm for a variety of activities designed specifically for families. There'll be fun in the gym, the pool and the teen center. There will also be a special parent/child aerobic class. And what family doesn't like popcorn, icecream and pizza More?

Youth and Family Yoga

An abbreviated Yoga practice geared for youth and their families. Stretching and relaxation will be the main focus.

When: Tuesday

Where: Jamerson Family YMCA

Time: 4:30 - 5:05pm

Cost: Free to Family Y members
