Child Care Rates and Payments
Registration FEES are non-refundable for any program.
The YMCA requires automatic Bank Draft payments for our Child Care Programs. The convenience of automatic withdrawal reduces the administrative time necessary to manage YMCA programs, maintaining reasonable fees and convenient service for our entire community. To enroll your family in the YMCA’s Bank Draft system, please complete the bank draft form during time of registration.
The YMCA will deduct our posted fee from your bank account weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly or monthly. Parents are responsible for payments even if the child will not attend due to vacations, scheduled appointments, or other planned absences. A child absent due to an extended illness will be excused and payment adjusted only with a physician’s note.
Return Payment Policy: If a payment is returned to us for any reason, a $50 return payment fee will be assessed. If more than two checks are returned to the YMCA, we will no longer accept your personal checks. All returned checks/payments must be taken care of immediately. Failure to take care of the returned payment within this period will result in suspension of child care services.
